Every order is packaged with care to ensure it arrives undamaged. If a problem occurs during shipping, please let us know by emailing us so we may assist you! Always use caution using sharp objects to open the package as this risks damaging the bandana inside.


Standard Delivery

Standard delivery to the 48 contiguous United States is typically within 6-10 business days from your order date (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders are shipped through the US Postal Service. Large orders may be shipped through FedEx. Please inquire if you require a particular postal carrier at your address. Free shipping is available for orders over $70 USD.

Expedited Delivery

Express shipping is available through US Postal Service, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your geographic location. Please contact us if you want to expedite your order. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your tracking information.

The whole reason we formed our business was to make pets and their owners (you) happy! Not just for the first time, but every time! If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise in the same condition as when it was sent to you. Simply contact us within 30 days of receipt to return the item or exchange it for a different size (there may be an additional charge for larger sizes). Upon receipt of your return, monetary refunds will be issued to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase or we will replace your product with a different size. Please note that you are responsible for shipping charges.
